1. What services do you offer?

We specialise in wig making, custom units, wig installs, styling, and wig maintainance. Whether you’re looking for a full transformation or a quick refresh, we’ve got you covered.

2. How do I book an appointment?

All appointments can be booked through our online booking system https://yluxe.as.me/schedule/fa047ca6]. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.

3. Do I need to come with my hair prepped?

Our services require you to come with your hair pre-washed and cornrowed. Please check the service description when booking, or feel free to contact us for guidance.

4. What’s your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made after this window will result in loss of deposit and extra charges.

5. Where are you based?

We’re located in East London. The full address will be provided upon booking confirmation.

6. Do you provide the hair or do I bring my own?

You must provide your own hair for your install. We have vendor recommendations on our booking site.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments and bank transfer. Full payment is due before your appointment unless stated otherwise.

8. Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, we kindly ask that you come alone unless agreed in advance.
